Dr. Joseph Henriques is the Tysons Campus Pastor for McLean Bible Church
in Vienna, Virginia. Before assuming his new duties at McLean, Dr.
Henriques was the Academic Dean of Moody Graduate School in Chicago. He
was also an Air Force Chaplain (Lt.Col) for 21 years in the Air National
Guard. Other work experiences include being President of New Enterprise
Education and Training Services as an education business consultant,
founder of an international school in Portugal, as well as an author in
the field of intercultural communications.
Dr. Henriques is a graduate of Columbia International University (B.A.),
Capital Bible Seminary (Th.M), and Dallas Theological Seminary (DMin). |

Craig Joseph Goeller has thirteen years of experience in doing ministry through InterVarsity Christian Fellowship at James Madison University, from which he graduated with a B.S. in Psychology. C.J. specializes is in organizational structure and management, and his contributions have been instrumental in developing LOTI’s ministry framework. |

Jonathan Henriques holds degrees in Law (Juris Doctor, Public International Law focus) and Anthropology (BS). He has experience working with communities in Africa and the Middle East on development and legal reform projects. His insight into culturally sensitive and adaptive models for development has proven critical for the success of LOTI projects.

FOUNDING DIRECTOR: Reed Barton holds a B.S. applied science, and a M.S. in Environmental Engineering. He completed his undergraduate thesis work on drinking water solutions for developing countries. Reed worked as a consulting Environmental Scientist for Malcolm Pirnie, where he contributed to projects for a wide variety of Federal and Industrial clients on environmental issues, including; the U.S. Marine Corps, U.S. Army, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Hess Corp., Wyeth Pharmaceuticals, and AIG. Presently, Reed works for URS Corporation as an Environmental Engineer. |
